Our processing time
Once we receive and process your returned item, we will usually issue your refund within 7 business days. If the item does not require a return, the refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.
Bank processing time
Please note that after we issue the refund, the time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your chosen payment method and your bank:

Will I receive written confirmation of the refund?
Once your refund request has been approved, you’ll receive an email confirming that the refund process has begun and the money will be refunded by the method of your choice. If you can’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
