This is how you can check the status of the request:
- Go to the My orders tab in your personal account.
- Click on "Details about the order" by the order with the return request.
- In the new window, click on Items to return or replace.
The current status of your request will appear in a new window.
Please note
When the status of your request changes, you will receive an email notification.
There are three different request statuses:
- Under consideration – your request has been received and will be reviewed.
- In progress / Not completed – your request is being reviewed. If we need more information, our customer support team will contact you.
- Fulfilled / Completed – we have made a decision on your request and sent the instructions to your email address. If we have any questions or a selection of solutions for you to choose from, our customer support team will contact you.

Please note: if additional information is required, our customer support team will contact you within 1-2 days of submitting the request.
Possible reasons for a delayed response from the customer service team:
- Public holidays
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g. pandemics, strikes)
- Technical problems
