Items with signs of having been installed can be returned if they are still in a resalable condition. The decision to issue a refund will be made by the warehouse specialist after a thorough inspection of the product. If the inspection of the item reveals signs of installation or use that mean the item is not resalable, the refund request can be rejected.
To return an item you need to submit a return request.
