We will provide you with the warranty certificate after you register a request. The warranty form is sent via email as a link and a PDF document. We recommend filling in the form online to speed up the warranty claim procedure.
Please give the following information on the warranty form:
- Vehicle data: manufacturer, make, identification number (VIN) and engine type.
- The date the defective product was mounted/demounted and the vehicle's mileage on that date.
- The exact reason for the complaint (what is the error/under what circumstances does it occur?).
Please attach the following documents:
- Parts installation invoice or confirmation of correct installation issued by a mechanic/garage.
- Invoice for replacement of the defective part.
- A diagnostics report or part defect report provided by the garage. It should contain a detailed description of the reasons for the malfunction of the part and the error codes.

We cannot guarantee timely processing of your complaint unless you provide all the above-mentioned documents. In some cases, products are disassembled for the purpose of examination, after which they are no longer fit for use.
