Delivery costs depend on the type of items in your order and the total order value. There are two main categories of delivery:
1. Standard delivery
You pay for the delivery of the entire order, not for each product individually. Standard delivery is always paid, but the fee is reduced once your order total reaches a certain threshold.

Standard shipping fee: Applied to all orders below the country's specific order threshold.

Reduced shipping fee: Automatically applied instead of the standard fee once the total cost of eligible items in your order meets or exceeds the set threshold for your country.

The delivery destination country matches the country of the website you ordered from (for example, an order placed on auto-doc.ie for delivery within Ireland).

The order does not contain bulky items.

The cost of the core charge and certain categories of goods, such as tyres and rims, are not included when calculating the threshold for the reduced shipping fee.
2. Bulky delivery (Large items)
When ordering items with dimensions and weight that exceed standard limits, you must pay a separate delivery fee for each bulky item individually, regardless of the total order value.
Delivery of bulky items to certain countries may not be available.

Combined orders: Reduced shipping fees do not apply to bulky items under any circumstances. If your order contains both standard items and bulky items, you will pay the standard or reduced shipping fee for the package plus the individual delivery fees for each bulky item separately.
