I have received my parcel but want to return an item. How do I do this?
Returning products is easy! Simply submit a return request here to start the procedure. Once your request is sent, you will receive detailed, step-by-step instructions directly to your email address.
Do I need to provide any documents to return an item?
In most cases, we do not require any additional information or documents.
However, in specific cases, we may ask you to take a photo of the parcel and its contents (e.g., if you received a damaged item or if there was a packing error). Official documents and invoices will also be required if you need to file a warranty claim.
Why do I need to specify the reason for returning the product?
Our goal is to continually improve our customer service and prevent the root causes of issues that lead to returns. This helps us enormously when optimizing our agreements with suppliers and courier services.
By selecting the exact reason, you allow us to process your request much faster and help prevent a similar situation from happening again.
Should I send you photos of the product?
We will only ask you to take and send a photo of the item if you want to return a damaged/defective product, or if the item received does not match your order (delivery error).
You can find more information on how to correctly fill out your return request here.
I received an item that I didn’t order. What should I do?
Don't worry, we'll get this sorted straight away! Submit a return request on our portal, and attach a photo of the incorrectly received item along with the shipping label on the box.
We will process your request as quickly as possible. You can start the procedure directly here.
Can you help me find the right part for my car?
Of course! Our specialized technicians will be happy to help you find the exact part for your vehicle.
To speed up the search, please have your car's VIN (chassis number), the vehicle make and model, or the OEM number of the old part ready. Simply start a live chat with us and our team will find the right part for you.
Why are you asking for my car’s VIN?
The vehicle identification number (VIN) contains all the essential information about the manufacturer, year of manufacture, and precise technical specifications of your car. This data allows our experts to verify with absolute certainty whether a spare part is 100% compatible with your vehicle.
The VIN is also mandatory if you need to make a warranty claim. Rest assured: we only use this information to process your request and will never share it with third parties.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
If the outer packaging of the parcel is visibly and severely damaged upon delivery, creating a risk that the items inside are ruined or lost, we strongly recommend that you refuse the parcel directly from the courier.
If you have already accepted the parcel, please proceed as follows:
-
Submit a return request on our portal as soon as possible. You can start the process here.
-
Take photos of the original shipping box and labels (where the parcel number and your address are clearly legible).
-
Photograph the damaged product from different angles to clearly show the extent of the damage.
Some of the parts are missing from my order. What should I do?
-
Check the description: Check our website to verify whether the components you think are missing are actually included as standard in the box of that product.
-
Inspect the packaging: Check the boxes and packing material very carefully. Small items (like screws, washers, or seals) often slip to the bottom or stay hidden inside the protective wrap.
-
Submit a report: If the parts are genuinely missing, open a request in our return portal and attach photos of:
-
The original packaging with the parcel number label clearly in view.
-
All the parts and items that you actually received.
-

How do I return tyres?
The process of returning tyres differs slightly from standard products due to their size and volume. But don't worry, we have simplified the process as much as possible for you.
You can read the detailed instructions and manage your tyre return directly here.
How quickly will my request be processed?
We do our best to review and reach a decision on most requests within 24 hours.
The process might take longer if it involves a complex warranty claim or if we need to ask you for additional details. In any case, our goal is to answer you as quickly as possible.
When will I receive a refund?
We will initiate the refund procedure as soon as your returned item has been inspected and approved by our logisitics team. Once approval is granted, the technical time for the money to appear in your account is usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method you used for the purchase.
For any questions regarding a pending refund, you can contact us directly via live chat.
The tracking number shows that the parcel has already been delivered to you, but I have not received my money yet. When will I receive the refund?
Even though the courier indicates that the return parcel has been delivered, our warehouse teams must first physically receive and inspect the condition of the returned product. This verification standardly takes one business day.
As soon as the return is validated, the refund is triggered. The actual processing time to your account will then take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method chosen during your purchase.
What is a deposit account? What is it for?
The deposit account in your customer profile is a quick and convenient way to receive your refund. The funds go directly to your internal balance, and you can use them immediately to pay for any new order on our website.
You can find more information about using your deposit account here.
Can I exchange the product instead of getting a refund?
Yes, absolutely! You can choose the new item yourself or request assistance from one of our experts via the live chat.
As soon as our warehouse confirms the receipt and correctness of the returned product, the money can be credited to your deposit account and you can use it straight away to complete your new purchase.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
The return shipping costs are covered either by our company or by the customer. This depends exclusively on the reason for the return and whether the order included optional extra services.
You can find all the detailed information regarding shipping cost coverage here.
My return request has been approved. What should I do next?
Pack the item securely (ideally in its original manufacturer packaging) and drop the parcel off at the nearest designated courier service location.
All the details and exact steps are available in the confirmation email we sent you, or alternatively here.
Can I have a courier come and collect the goods being returned?
Generally, a return is done by dropping the parcel off yourself at a designated drop-off point of the partner courier service.
However, if you are returning oversized items from specific categories (such as tyres or particularly heavy car parts), a home collection service may be offered to you. If available, this option will be shown to you during the creation of your return request on the website.
When should I send the goods to your warehouse?
We do not impose strict deadlines on our end, but we strongly recommend that you return the items as soon as possible. This will speed up the entire process and you will get your money back faster.
I returned a core part. When will I receive a refund?
In the vast majority of cases, core parts (old components returned for factory remanufacturing) do not require lengthy inspections, and the refund is issued within the same timeframes as a standard return.
In rare cases, a detailed technical factory inspection may be required by the manufacturer. This procedure can take up to 8 weeks. You can learn more about core part processing here.
Do the parts you sell come with a warranty? How do I make a warranty claim?
All spare parts sold in our online shop are covered by a full 24-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
You can find all the detailed information on the conditions and how to open a warranty case here.
How quickly will my warranty claim be processed?
The internal review of the claim by our team usually takes 1 to 2 weeks (provided no extraordinary expert checks are required).
However, if the manufacturer requests the car part back for a technical factory inspection, the processing period can last 6 to 8 weeks. You can read more about the claims process here.
I have incurred extra costs due to a defective part. Will you reimburse them?
If you have incurred extra expenses as a result of installing a defective part, you will need to provide the corresponding invoices and receipts from the garage as evidence. These documents are mandatory and essential — the manufacturer will categorically reject any claims for consequential costs (such as diagnostic fees, labour, installation, or removal costs at the car repair shop) if they are not backed by official invoices.
You can find more information about the reimbursement of extra costs here.
I find this too complicated. Can I just send the goods to your warehouse and get my money back?
We strongly advise against sending items back without first registering a return request on the website. The absence of a request on the site can drastically increase the time it takes to identify the parcel in our warehouse, thereby delaying your refund.
If the online process seems too complicated, don't worry! Simply write to us on the live chat at any time — our customer care agent will be happy to go through the procedure with you and register the return on your behalf.
