Cancellation of an unpaid order
An unpaid order is automatically cancelled 30 days after it is placed.
Cancellation of a paid order
An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched. More information on order statuses can be found here. To cancel a paid order, please contact us via the online chat by clicking here.
If the order has been dispatched, you can cancel it upon receipt by opening a return request.
Refunds
The cost of the products will be refunded as soon as they are delivered to the warehouse. The refund will be made to the same account that was used to pay for the order. To learn more, see the Refund processing time article.
Attention
The customer service team may ask you to provide your bank details even if the order was paid using a different method.
